4. Data Storage and Security
Users in China: data is stored on servers located within China, including Tencent Cloud.
Users outside China: data is stored on servers operated by Amazon Web Services in appropriate regions.
We use safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, access controls, monitoring, employee training, and regular security reviews.
5. Data Retention and Your Choices
Account and health data are retained while your account is active. After account deletion, active data is deleted within 30 days, while backup data may remain for up to 90 days. Legal records may be retained as required by law.

- You can update profile information in the app or contact us for help.
- You can delete your account through app settings.
- You can manage Apple Health and other third-party integrations in system or app settings.
- You can opt out of marketing emails while still receiving necessary service messages.
